Statutory Basis of the FSC: Established under the Financial Services Act 2007 as the integrated regulator for the non-bank financial services sector and global business of the Republic of Mauritius.

What our FSC licence means

The Company is licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. As a regulated firm, is subject to applicable conduct, prudential, governance, reporting and AML/CFT obligations under Mauritian law. Where applicable, client credit balances and client assets are handled in accordance with the requirements of the Securities Act 2005 and related FSC rules. MPW is also subject to ongoing regulatory reporting and supervision by the FSC.

Clients may submit complaints through MPW’s Complaints Handling Procedure and, where appropriate, may escalate unresolved matters to the Office of the Ombudsperson for Financial Services and/or the FSC.
