About this notice
Monolith Private Wealth Limited (“MPW”) is licensed by the FSC Mauritius under the Securities Act 2005. We do not hold licences in every country, and we are required under Mauritian law and our compliance framework to decline clients from jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or where doing so would create unacceptable regulatory risk.
By accessing this platform or opening an account, you confirm that you are not a prohibited or restricted person and that your use of our services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Services not available in Mauritius
MPW is incorporated and licensed in Mauritius but does not provide brokerage or investment services to persons resident in Mauritius or to entities incorporated or established in Mauritius.
Accordingly, if you are ordinarily resident in Mauritius, hold a Mauritian national identity card as your primary identification, or are a company, trust, or other entity incorporated or registered in Mauritius, you are not eligible to open an account or use the services of Monolith Market. Any account opened in breach of this restriction may be closed and funds returned.
Services not available in Turkey
MPW does not onboard or provide investment, brokerage, leveraged trading, CFD, margin or similar derivative services to persons resident, incorporated, established or otherwise located in Türkiye, unless MPW has obtained all required authorisations from the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye or the activity is confirmed by local legal counsel as falling outside the Turkish licensing and marketing restrictions.
Prohibited jurisdictions
We do not accept clients who are resident in, citizens of, or incorporated under the laws of the following jurisdictions. This list is maintained by reference to UN, EU, US (OFAC), and UK (OFSI) sanctions lists and may be updated at any time.

- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Yemen
Elevated risk jurisdictions
- Central African Republic
- DRC (Congo)
- Haiti
- Iran
- Mali
- Myanmar (Burma)
- Ukraine
United States of America — including US persons wherever located
MPW does not currently accept US persons as clients, regardless of country of residence. A US person includes any US citizen, US resident, entity incorporated under US law, or account held for the benefit of a US person.
Restricted jurisdictions
The following jurisdictions are not prohibited but are subject to enhanced due diligence. Applications from these countries may be accepted at MPW’s sole discretion following satisfactory completion of additional KYC and AML/CFT checks. This list reflects current FATF monitoring and MPW’s own risk assessment.

If your situation changes
If you become resident in or otherwise subject to the laws of a prohibited jurisdiction after opening an account, you must notify us immediately. MPW reserves the right to suspend your account, close open positions in an orderly manner, return your balance, and terminate the agreement. If a previously unrestricted jurisdiction becomes prohibited due to new sanctions, MPW may be required to take the same steps in respect of all clients from that jurisdiction.
No solicitation
The content on this platform does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation is not authorised, or where the person making it is not qualified to do so. If you access this platform from a jurisdiction where it is unlawful to do so, you act on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
Your representations
By accessing this platform or opening an account, you represent and warrant that:
- you are not resident in, a citizen of, or incorporated under the laws of a prohibited jurisdiction;
- you are not a US person;
- you are not a sanctioned person as defined in our Terms and Conditions;
- your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction; and
- you will notify us immediately if any of the above ceases to be accurate.
Updates to this notice
MPW reviews this notice periodically and may update it at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in sanctions regimes, FATF listings, FSC guidance, or MPW’s own risk assessment. It is your responsibility to check this notice regularly.
